Features
Electrowelded steel tubes, unplated or zinc coated.
They are mainly used to manufacture condensers, evaporators and heating tubes.

Standards
- Welded low carbon steel tube: 1006 - 1010 / SAE J526
- Steel quality: according to NBR 5906
- Resistance in salt spray: according to ASTM B117 (zinc coated tube)
- Internal residue: according to ASTM A254/84 and NBR 14666
- Internal moisture: according to NBR 14667
- Chemical reactivity: according to NBR 14668
- Compatibility with R134a: according to NBR 14669

External fi nishing
- The unplated tube is supplied with the oiled outer surface compatible with R134a gas, guaranteeing a long period of covered storage without oxidation.
- Hot-dip galvanization.

Special requirements
Additional requirements or ones diverging from the present specifi cations must be analyzed and agreed beforehand.

Packaging
The reels are packaged on nonreturnable wooden pallets and
protected with a cover of VCI raffia.
Pallets are supplied with side wooden reinforcement where the reel is tied at 4 different points with polyester straps.
Tubes in bars or differentiated reel dimensions, upon inquiry.
