WIRE ON TUBE CONDENSERS

Features
Steel tube coil with electrowelded wire on both sides, produced according to customer’s design.
It can be applied statically or with air forced. Mainly used in refrigerators, freezers and fountain drink.

Steel SAE 1006/1010

1. Low carbon electrowelded steel tube - SAE J526
• Ø 4,76 ± 0,08 x 0,71 ± 0,13 mm
• Compatibility with R-134a gas: NBR 14669;
• Internal residue: ASTM A254/84 e NBR 14666;
• Internal moisture: NBR 14667;
• Chemical reactivity: NBR 14668;

2. Low carbon steel wire
• Ø 1,40 e 1,50 ± 0,05 mm

Paint
Black cataphorese paint composed of black pigmented paste and resin. Free of cadmium, lead, formaldehyde, chlorine, and their derivatives, asbestos, chrome, mercury, PPB, PPDE, and resistant to food, soda and acids at ambient temperature.

Special requirements
Additional requirements or ones diverging from the present specifi cations must be analyzed and agreed beforehand.

Packaging
The parts produced are supplied in suitable packaging, guaranteeing efficient and functional transportation, ensuring the quality of the products from their production up to their use on the assembly line.
