To complete the Brollo Solar cover system, Marcegaglia engineering department designs and manufactures the complete plant to operate the photovoltaic roof optimally, to monitor it constantly in real time and to connect it with the national power supply mains.
Moreover, it can supply the technical maintenance and assistance service of the plant.

The Marcegaglia electric and monitoring system includes:
• AC/DC conversion units;
• protection and disconnection systems;
• data control, monitoring and display of the plant;
• counters intended to measure produced and consumed energy.

The peculiarity of Marcegaglia proposal is the possibility of using master/slave configurations that can offer many advantages, such as:
• greater efficiency of the photovoltaic plant, even in case of reduced
insolation;
• greater guarantee of energy availability thanks to master/slave solutions (the power produced by the sub-field connected with the faulty inverter is not lost);
• greater endurance and reliability of the plant by optimising the operation time of every single inverter
