A new version of the SCRAP OPTIMISATION software has been
released. New functions have been added in consideration of
the standard ISO-TS which concerns continuous improvement
for industrial automation.
This software is suitable to be used in any welded tube
mill where cutting is performed by means of a flying cutoff.
Depending on the application, it has proved to reduce scrap
in the range of 0,5% - 2%. A demonstration version is available
in order to simulate production improvements.
