Brollo Solar

Brollo Radius is the new roofing system from Marcegaglia made of curved insulating panels for single spans, two-hinged arch.
Bending radii available are 3.75 and 6.00 m. Brollo self-supporting panels are made of two metal sheets bonded by a polyurethane foam insulation layer.
The characteristics of lightness, easy handling, thermal insulation and easy use make this a suitable element to meet the most widely different construction demands when creating walls and roofs: it can be fitted to the most different load bearing structures.
Insulation: CFC and HCFC FREE, self-extinguishing or with additive polyurethane products capable of conserving a high percentage of closed cells >95% (waterproof/mould resistant).
The roofing system is also available as simple curved trapezoidal corrugated sheet modules EGB 1250.

Brollo Radius

This is a new-concept metal plank which, in a single product, combines all the following characteristics:
• Long life thanks to the absence of weldings on the metal casing.
• Broad range of plank types that vary in height (50 mm - 75 mm), in width (330 mm - 490 mm) and in length (from 810 mm to 3000 mm) with the possibility of realising non-standard reduced lengths.
• Easy assembly of the planks into packs for easier transport and handling, thanks to the devices on the heads of the planks.
• Ribbed top with anti-slip function and static functions for easier
movement on the walk-on surface without inconvenient cross deflections.
• High capacity class in conformity with European Standard EN 12811 (class 4 or 6 depending on type).
• Possibility of personalising the plank with the client name indicated on edge.
• Fastening system with wedge in conformity with European standards.
• Cold-formed ribbed head with extra-strong hooks

Metal plank

Versatile and handy system of lightweight formworks, designed for making:
• walls
• stair and lift shafts
• pillars
• foundations
• residential and civil buildings in general
Especially suitable for smaller building concerns which can use it quickly and cheaply without systematic crane use. Made up of extra-strong hot-galvanised steel frames, complete with 15 mm multiply birch phenolic panels. The lightweight Preform can be used together with standard Preform
formworks.

A steel strip with permanent, ecological and antioxidant coating.
This special material, produced by the most recent H.D.G. line in Ravenna, stands out for its aesthetic value and design as well as for its peculiar uniform and anti-fingerprint surface with a slightly translucent aspect, thus refracting light with attractive effects. ECORSTEEL

Marcegaglia, a world leader of stainless steel tube manufacturing, has widened its range for the European market with ferritic stainless steels and series 200 alloys. A choice of quality and customer orientation.
Ferritic steels (AISI 439 UF, AISI 441) and series 200 alloys represent today the cost-effective alternative to austenitic steels (AISI 304, AISI 304 L) wherever corrosion resistance requirements are low, such as interior design.
