Ground casting system

This system enables the reinforcement of ground and wall casting. The trapezium support modules, the different heights, can be overlapped and connected with pin ties and compose with the Preform system workforms a reinforcement unit to move large modules.

• Steel grade S235JR and S355JR hot dip galvanized

Characteristics
• Maximum casting height: 9 m
• Trapezium minimum inter-axis: 1 m
• Trapezium maximum inter-axis: 1,5 m

Typologies
• Up to a height of 3,5 m: trapezium type C
• Up to a height of 4.5 m: trapezium type C and type D
• Up to a height of 5.4 m: trapezium type B and type C
• Up to a height of 6.5 m: trapezium type B, type C and type D
• Up to a height of 9 m: trapezium type A, type B,
type C and type D
