Steel-towers system for shoring and casting supports

Pal-Dal is a modular shoring system consisting of a group of triangular or square towers made of prefabricated steel members easy to handle both for their dimensions and weight.

Material
• Steel grade S355JR hot dip galvanized

Characteristics
• Assembly sets of combinable triangular frames to erect solid square and triangular towers
• High fatigue strength
• High load capacity up to 5 tons each upright
• Lower and upper regulations with specific devices used also to dismantle
• Simplicity of erection
• Possibility to sustain crosswise and lengthwise inclined manufactures
• Available only for hire

Dimensions and capacities
• Standard frame 1.0-m and 0.75-m high, 1.57-m long
• Capacities: the towers’ capacities depend on their triangular or square plan. The maximum load per upright up to a 5-m height is 5 tons. Higher towers are designed every 5 m with floor beams and diagonal braces provided with tube coupler
