Web girders of prefabricated elements for bridge casting support

The heavy modular girders TPC are recommended for casting supports of reinforced-concrete bridges or viaducts. They are available in two versions: the first one with a maximum span of 25 m for medium load capacities; the second one with a maximum span of 30 m for great load capacities.

Material
• Steel grade S235JR and S355JR hot dip galvanized

Characteristics
• Erection: assembly on the ground, installation with crane, high load capacity up to 30-m span
• Adaptability: congenial for spans with 33 cm or 66 cm pitch
• Available only for hire

• Element 4 M: Length 4 m Height 2,29 m
• Element 2 M: Length 2 m Height 2,29 m
• Element 1,3 M: Length 1,3 m Height 2,29 m

Prefabricated pillars
• Adjustable-height modular pillars (25-cm pitch). Equipped with regulation and dismantling devices with 25-cm upper and 15-cm lower travel. Load per pillar 30 t

• Protection: hot dip galvanizing
• Upright: 48 mm o.d., 3.25 mm wall thickness
