The Group’s social commitment is expressed primarily through Fondazione Marcegaglia, which represents the natural evolution of the Family’s philanthropic spirit and exclusively pursues solidarity, support and creation of projects in the social, health, scholastic, economic and social fields. The Foundation believes in community cooperation, which starts from those resources that every place and every person has.

In particular, it has been a forerunner in promoting the social and cultural growth of women: this is why, both in Italy and abroad, Fondazione Marcegaglia supports projects that give them tools, resources and training to become protagonists of change, of their own lives and those of others.
