“Core” activities are grouped into Marcegaglia Steel Holdings (97% of total business), across seven companies: Marcegaglia Ravenna and Marcegaglia Carbon Steel, with the flat and welded tubes and carbon steel cold-drawn bars product divisions; Marcegaglia Buildtech for civil and road construction; Marcegaglia Stainless Sheffield, Marcegaglia Gazoldo Inox and Marcegaglia Specialties, with the stainless steel long products, flat products, tubes and cold drawn bars divisions; Marcegaglia Plates for heavy plates.
The holding company Marcegaglia Investments (3%) identifies the Groups diversified activities.
