CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) has awarded Marcegaglia an “A-” rating in the “Climate Change” and “Water Security” programs.

CDP is an international non-profit organization that provides businesses, governments, and investors with a global system for measuring and reporting environmental impact. In particular, it offers a method to recognize the positive and effective actions that organizations undertake to mitigate risks related to climate change, water issues, and deforestation.

Currently, it collaborates with over 7,000 businesses, 630 cities, and 120 subnational regions and states worldwide, providing them with an effective tool for accountability, support, and dialogue among different sectors.

This is another important recognition that rewards our commitment to responsible steelmaking.
