Gender equality is enshrined in the Italian Constitution, yet there is still a long road ahead. Achieving it requires everyone’s commitment to combating violence and discrimination, ensuring equal opportunities, breaking down stereotypes and prejudice, supporting a healthy work–life balance, and closing pay gaps.
