On Friday, February 7th, a gala dinner was held in honor of Italy, hosted by King Charles III of the United Kingdom and Queen Camilla. They opened the doors of their residence at Highgrove, located in the Gloucestershire countryside, shortly after the official announcement of their upcoming State Visit to Italy in April.

Many notable figures were invited to celebrate Italian Slow Food and Slow Fashion, including Helen Mirren, David and Victoria Beckham, Donatella Versace, and Italian-American actor Stanley Tucci, who has a passion for cooking. Tucci collaborated with Calabrian chef Francesco Mazzei to prepare the dinner.

Among prominent representatives of the Italian community and entrepreneurs active in the UK was Emma Marcegaglia, who sat at the table with Italy’s Ambassador to London, Inigo Lambertini, and King Charles III.
