Simple, effective, sustainable. OneZinc^® is Marcegaglia’s new carbon steel welded tube, externally coated only and manufactured from continuously electro-galvanized coils.

It has been developed as a contemporary alternative to post-electrogalvanized tubes, thanks to a streamlined process that reduces production steps, optimizes costs and improves efficiency.

The result of more than 24 months of research and over 17,000 hours of testing and optimization, OneZinc^® is designed for residential and industrial plumbing and heating systems, particularly for pressfitting applications, the transport of pressurized fluids and closed, air-free heating circuits.

Available in various thicknesses and diameters, with an external zinc coating of 6-8 μm and Zn-Al protection on the weld seam, OneZinc^® ensures precision, reliability and continuity of supply, supported by a more efficient and sustainable process.
