NovaMar Logistic, a company under Maltese law, brings together two entrepreneurial excellences: Marcegaglia, a recognized leader in the national and international steel industry, and Nova Marine Carriers SA, an Italian-Swiss shipping group, with a fleet of over 100 vessels in ownership and management.

The new company has been promoted and developed by OD Shipping, a historical broker of Marcegaglia group. The newly established NovaMar Logistic will take over the management of the SiderLuck, a vessel that will operate on European cabotage routes, connecting the sourcing ports of raw materials with the industrial plants of Marcegaglia Ravenna, Marcegaglia Fos-Sur-Mer, and more.
