Marcegaglia and MADE HSE, the Group’s consulting company, have joined “1donna1lavoro1conto”, an initiative launched by Corriere della Sera to promote women’s economic empowerment and financial independence.

The project, conceived by journalist Rita Querzè and launched by Corriere della Sera together with Barbara Stefanelli and Daniele Manca, focuses on three closely connected areas: access to employment, financial independence and financial education.

In Italy, approximately 40% of women do not have a personal bank account exclusively in their own name, highlighting the continued need to promote practical tools that enable women to manage their financial resources independently.

Marcegaglia and MADE HSE’s participation reflects the belief that economic independence is essential to ensuring freedom of choice, equal opportunities and full participation in social and economic life.

By supporting this initiative, the Group reaffirms its commitment to building a fairer and more inclusive society, where every woman has the opportunity to shape her own future independently.
