PLANT IN TARANTO

Marcegaglia energy owns strategically located production facilities. Total workshop manpower is equal to approximately 300,000 h/y, on one single shift.

The first is in Taranto (in the south of Italy, on the Jonio Sea).
The total area is 140,000 sqm, with 35,000 sqm covered space devoted to large size boiler manufacturing.

Factory has internal docks with 120,000mq, so that Marcegaglia energy can easily deliver oversized components and/or pre-assembled boilers.

The location facilities allows the shipment of completely packaged (skid mounted) steam generators with a production up to 350 t/h, HRSG modules and chemical and petrochemical large components.

The geographical position of factories is at the gateways
of the European Union, both to the Middle East and to the whole Mediterranean area.
