Raw Material

• Electric welded tube of steel FeP04-UNI 5961-67 (ST4 DIN 1624) galvanized in compliance with UNI 5741-66. Squeezing, enlargement and bending in compliance with ASTM A254-70 and DIN 8964. Internal cleanness and humidity according to DIN 8964 and DIN 8905. Compatibility with gas R134a and R600.
• Sheet of aluminium P-Al 99,5 (1050 A) H14 UNI 9001.

Surface protection
Black paint for cataphoresis, made up of black pigmented paste and cathodic clear.
Free from cadmium, lead, formaldehyde, chlorine and its derivative, asbestos, chrome, mercury, PVC and resistant against food, soda and acids at ambient temperature. According to ASTM 2794 (shock resistance), ASTM 3363 (pencil hardness), ASTM D1737 (cylindrical bending), DIN 53151 (adhesion), ASTM B117 (corrosion resistance), ASTM D2242 (humidity resistance) and ASTM D1647 (H2O resistance).
